

From the front desk, to housekeeping staff, to IT Team, to restaurant crew, spa treatment, security guards everyone were welcoming and hospitable. The services were not compromised even a bit. The ambience was great. Great food and comfortable stay. What I noticed was that everyone were polite. Special mention to Vel for his hospitable service to ensure my baggage was taken care. 5 star rating for a 5 star hotel.

Within the congested city of Bengaluru, Radisson Blu Atria is situated on the edge of the Cubbon Park. There are amazing tall flowering trees and greenery around and the park is a great place to walk, especially in the mornings. The rooms are spacious and neat, the food is what one expects from a hotel of this category and the staff are truly helpful. I had trouble with my wifi and the manager of Radisdon Blu Atria, Bengaluru personally assisted me. I got to know a great personality and I sincerely appreciate this attitude of coutresy and helpfulness.

Reception manager Rajesh was truly exceptional in his customer care . Went above and beyond in helping us out with transport and giving other helpful and honest advice. Other reception desk staff and porters were also friendly and helpful. Made a very good impression on us to staying in future Radisson Blus. So well done RB Bangalore for getting having such a good staff team. Our reservation did not include breakfast but it was definitely worth paying extra for it. I am surprised to see it only gets a 7.9 rating on booking.com

I showed up for my check in extremely sick! The executive at the reception was very empathetic and offered to upgrade my room. No words can explain how much I felt at home with a tinge of luxury that I was taken care of, it’s rare to see such warm hospitality in these days. Really sorry to have missed the name of the Bengali gentleman at the reception, he left no stone unturned in making sure I am able to work and also get rest from my Asthama attack. I’m grateful to him and his team. I will strongly recommend to every female, to consider Radisson as her first choice if she’s a solo traveller and have to never worry about safety and security while travelling alone. This kind of service is class apart. Thank you team Radisson Blu Atria for making my one day stay memorable! Here’s to a long and successful association with you, cheers! Also, not a paid review, might sound biased but I was pampered like a queen and the receptionist who helped me deserves a raise.

The rooms were exceptional.. very clean modern and comfortable. The air conditioning was easy to turn on and off as with the lights. There was even a scale in the bathroom which is a terrific thing for an international traveller. The best thing about this place though is the staff they were phenomenal. From the people outside greeting you to the concierge everyone went out of their way to make me feel welcome and comfortable. I highly recommend this place. I will be back again for sure.

I went there along my family (my wife and 6 month Old Baby). The best part is the service and hospitality. They prepared special breakfast for my baby on request. Provided the necessary cutlery. Felt safe and Calm.

Stayed two nights previous and had to rate poor but this time had a suite room. Much better standard of accommodation and could not hear traffic noise badly. Very happy with room. Don't go standard, personally I wasn't a fan of the business room so I would recommend suite.

I would like to mention Muklesur. R. the staff at the exit. He knew my Ola taxi number and it didn't stop there, he was courteous and offered me help with my trolley luggage (of course these days we carry our bags but then I couldn't say no) and what pleasantly surprised me and hence my effort to write this review, he said "I will take you to your taxi" and he knew exactly where my vehicle was (it was next to perhaps 4/5 vehicles. And this is during a time when guests' checkouts or guests commuting for work seemed quite high (between 9am-10 am). I sincerely appreciate Muklesur. R's conscientiosness, courtesy and his human skills to communicate. Having stayed and travelled to many places, locations and staying in the best of the hotels over many years this was my first such experience. Also attaching his photo which I ofcourse took his permission and clicked. Wish you the very best in your life! And also my best wishes to rest of the staff. The security staff (don't recall his name - on duty late evening) even helped me with my order from Zomato (the delivery guy was clueless about the entrance).
